Education:

1987 — graduated from Kuibyshev Medical Institute (now Samara State Medical University) with a degree in Pediatrics. Holds a certificate in pediatric neurology. 2009 — completed advanced training at the Almaty State Institute of Advanced Medical Training in the course ‘Current Issues in Pediatric Neurology’. Every five years, regularly completes advanced training and incorporates modern methods for diagnosing and treating nervous-system diseases in children into practice.

Description:

Provides consultations for children from birth to 18 years with diseases of the central and peripheral nervous systems. Specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of: perinatal injuries of the central nervous system; delayed psychomotor and speech development; hyperexcitability syndrome; hypertensive-hydrocephalic syndrome; consequences of hypoxia and birth injuries; headaches and dizziness; tics, neuroses, and sleep disorders; autonomic disorders; diseases of the peripheral nervous system; consequences of traumatic brain injuries. Performs: initial and follow-up pediatric neurology consultations; complete neurological examination of the child; assessment of neuropsychological and motor development; interpretation of neurosonography, EEG, MRI, and CT results; selection of an individual treatment plan; ongoing monitoring of children with neurological diseases; counseling parents on development and prevention of nervous-system diseases. Follows current clinical guidelines, paying special attention to early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of neurological diseases in children.
